The addition of the Kyodo Yushi Manufacturing Americas headquarters is another in a series of wins in the effort to recruit businesses to the Maize Industrial Park.
Kyodo Yushi is the third manufacturing plan to commit to the park over the past four years.
The increased interest from businesses has the park's developer Dave Larson considering an expansion of the more than 183-acre site.
“Everything is coming together really well,” says Larson, president of Reiloy Westland Corp., the first new tenant in the Maize Industrial Park.
