Happy Holidays! Our team has been busy this year with projects and moving into a new office and shop. Thank you to all that attended our open house in September. We had a great turnout and appreciate everyone’s support.

We are hopeful that in 2022 things will start to resume normal delivery dates, but we are encouraging our clients to think ahead on projects. Many items are double, and in some case triple, the amount of time to get supplies and materials to the job site. ENR posted their 3rd Quarter Cost Report Materials, which gives us a glimpse into their prediction for material delivery. With our long-standing subcontracting and supplier partnerships, this helps some, but planning ahead is even more instrumental in meeting project schedules.
