2014 allowed Evans Building Co., Inc. the opportunity to work with many new customers and on a variety of building projects. We had another productive year, which included new buildings for Harry Street Carpet, Dream Machines, and Devlin Rod & Customs. We also began work for a new building for Reiloy Westland Corp., located in the brand new Maize Industrial Park in Maize, KS. A very unique project that we also have in progress is for Zoo Park Storage Condos. This facility provides you the opportunity to own your own climate controlled space which includes a roughed-in bathroom. This allows you to finish the space to your specifications. Units have been used as a car garage, "man caves" and other various uses. We are very excited to see the end results of this and our other ongoing projects!
A big part of the work that we do involves the design aspect of our new buildings. We can take your building project from dream to reality with our state-of-the-art AutoCAD and Revit design software, which can then give you a 3D visual of the building. Our talented and dedicated team uses the Value Engineering/Design Build concept, which ensures that you will get the best building value for your money.
At the heart of our success are our values as a company and our dedicated employees. They have helped us to remember our foundation as a company while also advancing us with new innovations and successes.
